We are transformation experts with process expertise in Contract Lease Management and Finance who take service design to solve challenges for clients in SAP Transformation Challenges.

Qiado is organized based on processes and not on technical solutions. Our teams are composed of experts who bring the best out of any process in the several process components both Finance and IT.

Yearly KPIs

Our ambitions are high! And to not get lost during the journey we set yearly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). It helps us identify milestones, strengths, and weaknesses to make more conscious decisions during the year.

The defined KPIs are our lighthouse to determine the priorities, tasks, and goals of teams.

OKRs & Coach Support

OKRs management methodology has been helping us to keep alignment and engagement around measure goals. Further than that, team members are more engaged and productive as they clearly understand what the team is trying to achieve and how.

At Qiado, each team sets their OKRs quarterly and discusses them weekly in a quick call with the Coach, who helps them discuss blockers, identify learnings and achievements, and also make the adjustments needed to keep working to achieve our annual KPIs.

Mentoring Program

“We Never Stop Learning”: gladly this is not only a statement! One of our ways of growing is through our Mentoring Program. The program matches a mentee and a mentor who will support a team member in developing in his/her desired areas by having monthly sessions to discuss progress, challenges, and growth opportunities.

Team Events

At Qiado, we have 3 meet-ups per year to bring team members together with the primary intention of aligning the goals of the quarter & the focus of each team.

Our events are important moments to strengthen the connection between and within teams, share results, reinforce our core values, and learn by having workshops and group activities.

Of course, apart from that we also find time to have relaxed and fun moments together, having special dinners and team activities such as boat rides, paintball, and joining the Bierfest in the south of Germany!

Where and how we work

Flexibility is the watchword that combines the best of both worlds!

We strongly believe in the power of face-to-face connection, but we understand that having the opportunity to work in different locations is also healthful.

For this reason, we are 50% flexible, combining office days and flexible days.

Our offices are spread between Germany and Portugal fully prepared to be your next development hub, counting with phone booths, meeting rooms, unlimited coffee and tea, snacks, and outside terraces to get some fresh air!
