The Client
Our customer is vital telecommunication, based in Europe and one of the world's largest telephone operators and mobile network providers. The company has more than 103K employees and operates in more than 30 countries around the globe.
To support this challenge, Qiado had the responsibility to connect the discussions and decisions between the business and the System Integrator to ensure that requirements are clearly documented and that proposed solutions are validated.
AT A GLANCE
While migrating from R3 to S/4HANA, our customer faced the challenge of having limited resources with deep knowledge and experience of RE-FX. For this reason, they identified the need to have on their side a trustful partner who could support them in topics related to RE-FX Contract Management and RE-FX Accounting. Additionally, the client had the unique situation of implementing S/4HANA with a hybrid approach, incorporating both a Brownfield implementation and a number of additional gaps. This context created a more complex situation, requiring multiple rounds of development, testing, and, consequently, more support.
Aiming to overcome the mentioned challenges, we are supporting our client by playing different roles, including:
Local Process Owner for RE-FX, Contract Management, Subject Matter Expert for RE-FX Accounting, Scrum Master/Project Manager for RE-FX Testing Activities
This project is focused on filling business roles. Still, our team highly manifested expertise with:
Technical Approach
Business Results
This is a long-term project and is still ongoing, however, until now we have successfully supported several wins, including:
Finalization of all high and very high-priority requirements
Approval of the major High and Very High-priority functional specifications
Creation of test cases to be used during the Brownfield User
Acceptance Testing
