Our customer is an essential telecommunication company based in Europe and one of the world's largest telephone operators and mobile network providers. The company has more than 103K employees and operates in more than 30 countries around the globe.
Qiado was invited to support an important client in making their SAP RE-FX CLM work adequately and without major limitations for the Business Users. The goal of the project is to offer Application Management Services for all SAP RE-FX activities to ensure that the financial statements are correct for Lease accounting.
The main Application management activities were:
Level 1 & level 2 support for Business users that covers support in Contract Management and support for Financial Analysis
Communication with the responsible team for Level 3 support
Testing after corrections and new developments.
