Day-to-day activities: ensuring end users can effectively use the Nakisa system to manage their lease contracts.
Level 2
Finance and Accounting topics & fix application issues: Handling user problems and questions according to IFRS16/ASC842 guidelines. Support to identify the major technical challenges and solutions.
Monthly End activities: support with activities such as monthly postings, schedule posting jobs, disclosure reports, and reconciliations.
Master data maintenance: Synchronization/ upload of master data (cost center, vendors, etc). Master data updates (IBRs, Exchange rates, etc).
Organization changes: Configuration & set up of new companies. Migration of contracts related to those company codes.
